Floor Plans

The Newmar King Aire is available in four unique 45’ floor plans customizable to your needs, all featuring dual opposing leather couches in the main living area, a king-sized bed, leather dinette, gourmet kitchen, and 1.5 baths. One of the two new floor plans introduced in 2023, the 4596, features a novel, fully-walk-in pantry, while the 4558 floor plan incorporates bunk beds in the mid-coach. All floor plans include a screen on the front door and a thoughtfully-designed emergency exit through the rear of the coach.

The interior decor begins with your choice of 4 carefully curated decor packages including four hardwood stain options in Diamond Gloss or Suede finishes, ranging from distressed white to darkest brown. All cabinetry is the highest quality hardwood with concealed hinges and soft close and dual magnetic latches. Coordinating super polished quartz countertops in the kitchen and bathroom(s), marble bathroom flooring, handsome italian leather seating, heated tile flooring, ample storage, and beautiful tile backsplashes and shower complete the King Aire’s sophisticated interior design package.

Security Features

Your Newmar King Aire comes with a doorbell/camera system at the entrance door that can be connected to a remote app for monitoring. This remote internet camera access also supports live video streaming, so you can keep an eye on your coach when you’re away or see who is knocking on the door at any time.
